Second try-recipe substitute

I'm sending this part of a previous email out since I didn't get it answered. I

hope someone can help. Does anyone know what legal substitution can be made for

baking powder? The traditional substitute is baking soda with cream of tartar,

but the latter is not legal. Help, please. Thanks.

We use plain baking soda.

Check the recipes in BTVC and on the various SCD web sites
