Help...we aren't gaining weight

Hi le,

You don't state how long you how long you have been doing the diet. Why

is it that you can't do dairy or nuts? I completely understand your

concern about the absence of weight gain. I would think that millet or

other grains would be not be a good choice if you are concerned about

yeast. It is my understanding that SCD is for combatting yeast. Surely,

scd legal foods like honey, fruit and high fat dairy yoghurt would be a

better alternative to grains.

Other than that I believe avocado is high in fat. I used to give my

kids smoothies for bedtime snack to promote weight gain. We use dairy,

but perhaps you could make some kind of a smoothie out of banana,

avocado and a little fruit juice or coconut milk?
