How do you claim dietary expenses for SCD?

Last year I kept meticulous records about the difference in price

between regular foods and GF/CF/SF substitutes. It is much more

difficult to keep records with this diet. Do others on this list keep

track of food expenses for tax purposes? If so, do you record the

difference in price between things like honey and sugar? What types

of things do you compare besides the obvious (almond flour!!! so

expensive).
