Guest guest
Sandy, Ah yes..VBS We are right in the middle of it here. I am the worship leader and I am exhausted ..almost 200 kids!!! The yogurt was too hot and that's where the liquid came from. It is most likely no good. Try again. Do you have a maker? Is it warm there? I find in hot weather I take the lid off the maker and then I get the right temp. Charlene I am frantically trying to get yogart made for our VBS starting on Monday and the batch I just took out of the makers has 1 1/2 inches of yellow liquid on it. I have been making yogart now for over a year and have never had this happen. Do I just through it out? Any ideas of what went wrong? I followed the procedures that I have been using all along. I should start another batch tonight but need to figure what is going on first. Any suggestions welcome. Guest guest
Charlene, I made it in two different yogart makers and both batches came out the same. It wasn't overly warm yesterday and I ran our air conditioner all day, its been pretty humid. Guess I will dump and start another batch. Thanks for the info.
