I was referred to Dr. Rosenbaum here in Portland at OHSU, who is pretty well known himself, and while there he called Dr. in to examine my eyes also as he was there visiting. I wound up with no less than five ophthalmalogists in the examining room with me and felt a little overwhelmed for a moment. Dr. Rosenbaum informed me that Dr. literally " wrote the book " on RP and eyes. I was then sent to Dr. Mathers, also atOHSU, to be his patient for care, and I feel so fortunate to be in such good care here. RP really hit my eyes too. I see Dr. Mathers every three months. Dr. is really a neat guy, and if you can get to him, do so. Roy, I didn't know you lived in Oregon too. Maybe you, Glenda, Sharon and I can get together some time for lunch or whatever. I would be happy to drive to anyplace I can find! Dear Glenda and Sharon, I'm alive---just been terribly busy and not able to keep up very well. I do check in from time to time though. I'm afraid that when I get too far behind I just hit the delete button so I know I miss a lot. Hope you are both doing well.
