First of all Lara,

You can do this and I have Faith in you! Put your whole heart and soul

into it. Don't you know you can call me and email me anytime. I know I

haven't emailed much but am getting ready to go and having much family

crisis's.

Now for you Janet,

Thanks for volunteering to be there for Lara. She is going to need all

of us to keep her spirits lifted and motivated. It really helps to have more

than one support person. That way there is no burn out for one single

person. Maybe that way Lara won't feel bad if she needs to have multiple

support throughout the day.

Come on everybody let's all be there supporting the ones that need to

lose some weight just to have the surgery.

I am sending my packet to Dr. R. Tomorrow. I got on the scale today and it

said 382. I am 5'11''. I was 364 a month ago. I fear he will tell me the same

thing. I have read where he has done it on people in their 380's before, and

all of mine is not in my stomach, so maybe when he gets my pictures who

knows.

I am already really down, My insurance company denied today, but this is very

important to me, I am taking the $ out of my retirement. WHo needs it for

retirement if you cant enjoy it. I'm only 42 I can build it up again.

At any rate we will get there. I will probably have to sew my lips shut , but

We will get there, you can do it. ( I'm going ot have to look in the mirror

and say that about 10 times_
