Guest guest
Deanna, I know about all the documentation. They were given over 350 pages of doctor's reports, lab work, radiology reports, all my hospital records, etc. Everything that's been done with me from seven different doctors, etc. The only thing that wasn't hand submitted to them was the hospital report from my most recent hospitalization, but I did call them and my attonrey and give them the number to call at the hospital to secure those records. I wasn't able to get out of bed for several weeks after, so I assumed that they (either the SSDI or attorney) followed through and submitted for those records. I'll be really upset if they didn't get them, as I felt that's what I'm paying the attorney for this time around, for his office to do some of that legwork when I'm not able to. At this stage, I think it's a little too late for me to worry about that, though. If things don't work out, I'll collect all the updates myself, fire the attorney and go for a hearing. My disability attorney is the one recommended by the PAI, so I do hope he's doing all he can to represent me aggressively. With hope and prayers, Heidi Heidi H.
