Guest guest
I came across the askdrsears article on goat milk this week while is was doing more reading on goat yogurt in anticipation of making a first batch. Dr. Sears states in that article that goat's milk contains four times as much copper as cow's milk. My younger son has pretty bad copper issues. We do courses of EDTA when his stims crop up, and the excretion of copper makes everything better. Has anybody seen increased copper levels when introducing goat yogurt? I am a little nervous about starting now, however, I am planning very small introductory amounts (1/8 tsp./day to start). Janice mom to Billy (3 1/2 Autism) and Colby (2 1/2 PDD-NOS) both 3+ months SCD, failed intro diet, but tolerant of all foods introduced thus far
