I react to some chicken, do best with the ones at Whole Foods, as they receive

no

ant biotic or hormones.

Zucchini-I make thin flat strips with a veggie slicer and use it as noodles.

Here's a pungent juice (in fact two) that are favorites. Always dilute with

water:

Green Kick

1 pear

Dandelion greens

Kale

A small piece of ginger

Pink Lady

Watermelon

Strawberries

Beets

Ginger (optional)

Elaine had her first bout of cancer about four years ago and she began to

" juice " and loved

it. She wasn't working on SCD full time then and later found it too time

consuming but got

inspired again when i reported how nice I found the home juicing. My Omega 8002

cleans

in seconds and I can make other SCD treats with it like candy and ice cream.
