Shouldn't be a long enough list to deserve a staple :-) > Carol F. Celiac, MCS, Latex Allergy, EMS SCD 6 years

Response: No it should not be different for the children if we go by the BTVC book and keep it simple, and do what has worked for 60 years. Even works for the ASD people/children by keeping it simple. WE too crush Freeda Vitamins for the children (an put them in a little honey and applesauce), and take them ourselves. And now that we realize that we do not need other supplements, such as enzymes and probiotics and things, no longer have to take our stapled legal and illegal list to the vitamin store to buy supplements that are legal. It was a pain anyways, always making sure that they where starch and sugar free! Again, Your right Carol.....we do need to keep SCD simple. It works this way, so why not? At one time I didn't know this thanks to being strayed otherwise. For some of us it works when you do it by the book! lol I am glad we gave it enough time to find out. Saving tons of money not buying those " darn supplements! " But if one does print the legal illegal lists it is convenient when shopping for SCD foods in the very beginning when we are learning.
