Yikes Dinah,

I guess I am really lucky. My inlaws are generally very nice and I love

them dearly. I just didn't want to worry them. And I guess I didn't want

people who have never had a weight problem to tell me that if I just ate less

and exercised more, then I would lose weight. I started to tell one thin

friend that I was considering this, and that was the advice I got. I just

dropped it, that was not what I needed to hear. As if dieting and exercising

had never crossed my mind!! LOL

Deb. I'm right ther with you! My dear Mother suggested that I hire a personal

trainer! If I have'nt been able to get thin in 25 years, do ya think it's

going to happen now?!! " But you really haven;t tryed in a long time " And I

stopped gaining weight... , at least. As for inlaws-No offence intended by

try a Jewish N.Y.er for a Mother-in-law!! Ovay!

I know what your saying, people just don't understand. Yeah, right

just try dieting, like you said, never done that before. I know we all have

lost count of the diets we've been on and off. I'm looking forward to meeting

this wonderful bunch that I've found, we're on our way. Joyce
