Guest guest Posted June 25, 2003 Report Share Posted June 25, 2003 Potato Chip Cookies \ 3/4 cup softened margarine \ 3/4 cup of sugar 1 egg \ 1tsp. vanilla \ 1 1/4 cups of flour \ 3/4 cups of crushed potato chips \ 3/4 cup of chopped walnuts \ 3/4 cup of sugar for dipping \ Walnut halves for topping(op) \ Preheat oven to 375%.Cream 1st 4 ingredients til light and fluffy.Add flour ,chips,and nuts -mix well.Form into 1-1/2 inch balls place 3 inches apart on an ungreased cookie pan.Grease bottom of a 3 inch diameter glass dip into sugar and use to flatten ball of cookie dough.Place a nut half into the center of the cookie.Bake 8-10 minutes.Cool slightly then remove from pan.Makes about 2 1/2 dozen cookies.By the way these are FATTENING Cookies .Very good for those salt cravers out there.; ) Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
