They could not find my packet. She seemed upset that I had not sent it Fedex and gotten a tracking number. I felt horrible. I sent mine by Express mail overnight and it should have been there. I didn't remember reading anything about this here or on the website. I went back to the website and looked and searched for fedex and patient packets. I couldn't find anything. So if you haven't sent your packet yet - take heed - and do the fedex with tracking number thing. Also, Dr. R., this would be good to put on the website now and I am sure would save your office a lot of phone calls. You could even put a direct link to the fedex website so patients could check their tracking number. Hope this helps someone else and praying that my packet shows up.
