Vomiting all night ~ every two weeks

About every two weeks, my grand daughter has a night where she is up

most of the night vomiting. It seems to start around 11:00pm and

continue until 2:00 am. The last hour or two, she only vomits thick

mucus. Why does this happen? Is this normal for someone with CF?

Why doesn't this pass in her stool? Is there anything that we can

do? She is 20 months old and eats table food. She is a good eater

and she drinks lots of thickened Gatorade.
