Mark have you heard from Henry lately ? I havent seen him post for awhile

now and I am gettin worried he is not okay. from Canada

Dear Mark Please let me know if you hear from him he is one of my

favourite people

in the group. I am the same as always just hanging in and trying to take it

as it comes. I belong to a meditation group at one of our local hospitals for

chronic pain paitents hopefully it will be of some use. Its run by a pain

doctor. I do find the biggest problem most of these people have is realizing

that this is chronic its not going away . One just has to deal with that and

make the best of what you have.

Thats not easy sometimes. from Canada
