Guest guest
hi this is the full recipe 4 organic eggs separated 2 additional egg whites 1/4 c honey 1/4 cup sunflower/safflower oil 1 - 2 tsp vanilla 1/2 tsp cinnamon optional - we dont always include it and it tastes just as nice if anyones interested instructions are freeze glass container beforehand beat 6 egg whites until stiff in separate bowl beat yolks honey, oil vanilla and cinnamon slowly mix into egg whites freeze you can also add in fruit etc its absolutely divine - ive actually reduced the amount of honey as i find it a bit too much and sometimes take the cinnamon out because i can find it a little overpowering - also it changes the colour slightly which can put my youngest off. its one of the few 'sweet'things ill happily give as breakfast to my youngest who is very difficult to please, during these early stages as due to the eeg whites being nearly as digestible as breast milk, its therfore an incredibly nutritious meal substitute. hth emma > > > > Em, > > Which " sweets " in particular are you wanting to use?
