If only one parent could, by being a carrier, give this to the kids, I would

have had to tell MY kids that they were adopted (which they were not!)

As one who posted said, it is hard to be even half of the culprit here,

and it is sad that some family members cannot understand that we ALL

carry the most amazing good and bad genes. I know this same type of

denial and avoidance goes on in families with schizophrenia, bi-polar

disorder, etc., and all other serious genetically conveyed illnesses.

n Rojas, who is lucky--no denial anywhere in our clan, thank heavens! I

would have a hard time with this anyway, having cf and having a child

wcf--just string me up! But no one has!
