When you just said " beans " , I thought you meant cooked dried beans..... didn't

know you meant GREEN beans. Green beans should be fine.

Yes, peas are starchy... and not for beginners. You might trying pulling those

out and going back to all peeled and cooked fruit.

Are you supplementing acidophilus? I hope so... if you're not yet using SCD

yogurt.

I don't personally know anything about the IGG testing, so not sure how to

advise you on when to start yogurt. Was the testing done on cow milk?

We usually suggest parents start by trying some legal goat cheese, to see if the

dairy itself is tolerated.... because the yogurt sometimes causes additional

die-off, which can confuse the issue and lead us to believe we're seeing an

intolerance reaction. If the goat cheese is okay... then you might want to start

SCD goat yogurt.

Re: 5yr old gas

I am using acidophilus but was thinking I might try the yogurt.

my oldest ADHD has only had a couple of good looking stools.

But my celiac boy has has good firm stools since the second

week on the diet. got a 2 on milk and carter got a 3 on milk on

the IGG test. So I was not sure if that had anything to do with when

to start the yogurt or not.
