Guest guest
I'm sure this has been covered before, but w/ school just around the corner (well, in a month now) I'm worried about how we will comply once he actually leaves the house outside of my supervision. I know they have to comply w/ diet requests, but how do you handle the " trading " of lunch items, etc. with other kids. Kindergarten might not be all that bad, but I'm worried as time goes on. Also, anyone w/ some good brown bag ideas? Thanks!
Guest guest
, If your school is allowed to have nuts that will be a blessing for you. My daughter (who was sort of on SCD) could not have nuts so for school so I would send tuna with pickle and mayo. She just ate it with a fork. Applesauce, fruit, carrots and cucumber with homemade dip, cheese slices. I have separated dishes with lids so I would put cheese, pickle and slices of meat in there with an icepack. charlene UC 8 years SCD 5 1/2 years I'm sure this has been covered before, but w/ school just around the corner (well, in a month now) I'm worried about how we will comply once he actually leaves the house outside of my supervision.
