Guest guest Posted July 27, 2006 Report Share Posted July 27, 2006 Hi. I have been trying since the beginning to make an eggless, dairy free pancake/ waffle. I get a great looking batter, but I can't seem to get them to fry up.. they just discinagrate in the pan. I have the feeling, based on the recipes, that this is because they are basically an omlette of sorts, with a ton of nut flour, bannana, etc. in it. is there anyone out there that has tips and for successful batter for pancakes and waffles that are SCD legal ( of course) and egg free and dairy free?
