I wanted a sort of peach tart with a hurry up crust and what I got was a

moist, sweet Peach

Cobbler. Preheat oven to 375º F. Use a 4 " onion soup dish for this.

Crust

1/4 cup almond flour (or pecan flour)

1 tablespoon dripped yoghurt

2 teaspoons honey

Filling

1/2 large peach peeled and sliced

1 pat butter

1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

drizzle of honey.

Combine crust ingredients in dish, mix well and press flat. Cover with

sliced peach. Add

dots ofbutter and deizzle on honey. Sprinkle with cinnamon.

Bake uncovered 20 minutes and cool five minutes before serving
