Does Dr. R. EVER answer his e-mail!

I have e-mailed Dr. R three different times over the last month and

have NEVER received a reply. I realize he is busy, but I never even

saw him after the surgery was performed and had a question which I

have e-mailed twice with no response! I am in the medical profession

and it is not the " norm " for the surgeon to see and speak to his

patient after surgery. Did he visit anyone after surgery?

Hi, I had surgery Aug 16 and I never saw him after surgery. I was

realease by his PA. It was a little unusual I thought. The PA didn't

seem to be too sure of what she was doing and was very unorganized. I

haven't heard from his since my surgery. I guess as long as I have no

problems I want hear from him. A little disappointed.

Hi Judith, yes I remember chatting with you and in the 'Wee "

hours! Thanks for being there.

It's not me that has been e-mailing Dr R it's jbarton101. I was just

agreeing that it was a little unsettling that we didn't get to see

the Dr before being discharged. He spoke at length to my husband

after my surgery, but I would have liked to speak to him myself the

morning after surgery.

Yes, I continue to do better day by day. I have just minimal soreness

now and that is only if I " crowd " my tummy by bending or leaning over.

My incisions look great and have almost completely healed and my

inner soreness is much better. I'm starting to venture out a little

on the eating. Tried peanut butter and crackers, a bite of husbands

Lean Cusine Fettucine, ate some vegtables in my soup today. I'm

wishing I could have a salad, hmmmm! The juice, yogurt and soup ae

still good, but I seem to want to eat all the time! Or drink all the

time! lol

I have lost about 10lbs and although this is not as much as some

people I'm satisfied that it is gone forever.
