Patient information form

Hello everyone,

I am learning so much from all of you and I am so envious of those of

you who have a date. I am working on the patient information form

and thought you guys said it was a good idea to print out a couple of

copies of this to take to the first clinic because otherwise you will

have to fill it out again. Well, my question is: how do you print

out the copy with all of the info on it. I can't seem to figure out

how to expand the windows that scroll when you add lines. How do I

see all of it at once to print it out? Or do we just need things

like the insurance info? Thanks for your help. Jan in Iowa
