Guest guest
Another suggestion would be if you do tape the ring in place make sure they don't start the IV in the same arm as it could make your hand swell up along with your fingers and then they would need to cut it off or you could lose your finger. I am going to try vasoline tonight & if that doesn't work some trip Bob told me about putting a string around my finger.... We will see! Lynn in Dr. R's office told me I could tape it, but you know how that is... I am scared I will get there & I will get a nurse who wants to cut my finger off (smile!). They wouldn't remove a religious pendant or prayer cloth, why would they remove a wedding ring? Some things CAN be questioned. Especially since your ring gets to enjoy the hibiclens right along w/ the rest of you! My 2 cents- Osler MGB 2/21/00 >>
