Guest guest
I have FINALLY posted a before/after birds eye view of Skye's head in the OLDER KIDS plagio photos. We go for our 7 wk appt on Wednesday and I am excited to see what they say. For those of you with whom I haven't spoken, Skye started her DOC BAND at 15 1/2 months old so PHOOEY on all the peds that think these helmets wont help older babies. Its a BIG LOAD OF you know what! I can see the progress with my own two eyes and I can't tell you how happy I am that I put her in the helmet when I did! Even if it was later than usual. If I had continued to listen to his advice we wouldnt have seen ANY change. I just wanted to share so all you moms & dads wondering if it's too lat can see.....IT'S NOT TOO LATE!!! DO IT!!! Ok...I'm off my soapbox....next? : ) HA!! Mom to Skye (17 months old - 7 weeks in DOC BAND)
Guest guest
You are absolutely right - I see the change also. It's so exciting to see changes when you've been warned not to hope for too much. I'm willing to bet that you caught a growth spurt. As you may know, did not start until a week before she turned 15 months. I believe that we caught a growth spurt our first 9 weeks which is why we saw change then. Let us know what the ortho says. , mom to , 18 months 3 weeks 18 weeks in STARband plus CST land Skye's progress in 7 weeksIs I have FINALLY posted a before/after birds eye view of Skye's head in the OLDER KIDS plagio photos.
