Guest guest Posted July 16, 2006 Report Share Posted July 16, 2006 Goat milk yogurt is runny no matter what starter you use. It just doesn't " set " like cow's milk. I made my first batch of cow's milk yogurt in May and I was really, really surprised at how thick it was. Then I knew why so many people ask about the consistency of the goat's milk yogurt.
