Guest guest
Yes, I'm diluting the juice. It's interesting that when you make the gelatin it's not diluted, but I suppose it's because we take in small amounts at a time, giving it time to go through the system. I have followed the diet to the letter for 3 weeks, still having some bloat, but back pain left, side pain gone, and bathroom more normal. You know, I love the chicken soup, but I find myself a little bloated after eating it before lunch. I think maybe the liquid mixes too much with the solid food. Guest guest
Dr. F.... Be careful not to change the subject line on your posts if you're responding to a question someone just asked. You need to let the message continue on the same thread, so we know what post it's in response to. And sometimes, you will need to leave at least a bit of a clip of the other person's message, so we can see what you're responding to in particular. When you completely change the subject line, the list puts it on as another separate category, with no trace back. With so many members and so many posts, we really need the reminders at times, to remember the original question.... and WHO you're replying to. thanks, Patti, list helper/moderator Grape Juice Yes, I'm diluting the juice.
