Guest guest
Try honey lemonade.... a squeeze of fresh lemon juice and a little dab of honey in a glass of water. Stir well and serve over ice. You might replace your diet soda with one of the legal juices Carol listed, mixed/diluted with plain sparkling water. Patti Drinking Juice??? We need something to drink other than water and i cant imagine only drinking juice that i personally squeeze (too expensive and too much time involved)... Guest guest
Randy, Juice will have naturally occuring sugar like the ones Carol listed. They are ok. Dilute them with water and it will bring down how much sugar you are consuming. Charlene UC 8 years SCD 5 1/2 years One more question... We are drinking some (not a ton) of LIGHT grape juice... We have totally eliminated sugar from our diet, except for any sugar found in juice (and non-dry wine for me)... I know there is supposed to be sugar in juice... We need something to drink other than water and i cant imagine only drinking juice that i personally squeeze (too expensive and too much time involved)... Are light juices ok to some extent? How much sugar? What are the best alternatives??? Can i order cheap alternatives that have NO sugar/preservatives, etc??? Thanks!
