Guest guest
I'd be willing to bet that those " flecks " are left over from the weekend, and were just " sitting there " . Try pureed from now on for a while. Adding pureed green beans might be a good thing, though. Patti undigested carrots Another question for ...We've been SCD for a month and some days. For various reasons we are back on the intro. diet. Today is day 2 of the restart. He was previously having carrot bits in his stool so when we started over again I decided to only give him pureed carrots. Today his stool was completely firm (yeah!) but still had flecks of orange in it (not nearly the size of bits from before.) Could he still be processing the whole cooked carrots from Sat. or is he not digesting the pureed stuff? They really were just flecks, but noticeable just the same. Right now carrots are his only veggie. Should we discontinue and do pureed green beans instead or keep pureed carrots?
Guest guest
Why don't you stop the carrots and try something else. Maybe a different vegetable would agree with his system better. Jody mom to -7 and -9 SCD 1/
