Yes, Kim..... you can use coconut milk, if you make your own. I don't have the

recipe, but it's pretty easy in a blender. Must be well strained because the

coconut is so fibrous.

No.... you can't add fruit before the yogurt is fermented. Sorry.

How about coconut milk? Or some others that I've not yet thought of.

Does anyone make their yoghurt with some stewed fruit added BEFORE

putting it in the yoghurt maker?
