Guest guest
Hello all - I am new to the group and tried to post this morning, but don't see it so I'll try again. Apologies in advance if the other post shows up at some point. I have had fantastic results with SCD and would like to try it for my daughter (2.5) who has frequent mushy/painful stools and is a little underweight. The challenge is that she cannot have casein, eggs, or peanuts. (Combinations of blood tests, skin prick tests and experience with hives/vomiting have led to this conclusion.) I eat a lot of eggs, yogurt, peanut butter (occasionaly) and am having trouble getting my mind around a balanced diet that does not include these foods. Should we just try SCD minus these foods? I would like to replace the soy/grain that she currently eats a lot of. All suggestions are appreciated. Thanks!
