Desperate for Help - 2nd Denial

My first denial was the surgery was not medically necessary. My 2nd denial

says I have no life threatening medical problems, ie hypertension.

I have low blood pressure and my sugar is fine.

What do I do now? Is there even a slim chance that I can get this 2nd

denial turned into an approval?

Any help I can get, I would appreciate.
