Guest guest Posted February 22, 2002 Report Share Posted February 22, 2002 Carol, years ago, before I was dx I had a couple of spells of swelling from behind my ear, down my neck. It was excruciatingly painful especially to swallow and eat, the docs didn't know what caused it, but now I am prety sure it was RP. However, since my meds have been pretty much stabilised I haven't had it. Right now I have a tiny spot of inflammation on my nostril - thank goodness it is tiny because it is intense! If it was bigger I would be having a very hard time!! Hopefully it will clear up by itself!
