Any recommendations for brands/forms of mag and zinc? I know SCD of

course! But, I have heard that mag taurate is good, does this seem to

have better results than the glycinate form? And zinc is the

picolinate a good form? ALso I thought liquizinc by brainchild was

SCD legal but when I read the ingredients xantham gum was listed -

confusing...

Thanks. Jen, mom to Evie SCD almost 2 weeks!

Elaine talked to the Brainchild guy, Lang.... and after he explained

about the particular kind of xanthan gum he uses, which is strictly

pharmaceutical grade, not like the food grade type... and made clear the

difference that makes, she agreed that it would be okay in this case, because it

is essential to help keep the minerals and vitamins in suspension. So... this is

one RARE exception she made for Brainchild, but only for their ultra-sensitive

formulas, I think.
