Make the honey frosting and goop on a really thick layer. Cut the cake into

" fingers " and let them dip it in the frosting.

Or maybe you could dilute some honey and heat it up... like a syrup... and then

soak the cake in it for a while? Kinda like soaking fruitcake in rum for the

flavor?!?

Just some thoughts from a very tired out mommy...

Major recipe mess up

I made what we call ginger bread bars today except I had a jabber box

in my kitchen talking non stop and I DIDN'T PUT IN THE HONEY! Long

story but my ginger bread as is does not appear very eatable.

Any ideas?

How about making a crumb crust for a custard or other dessert, with honey and

butter or other fat. Or a granola-type cookie in the food processor, with

something like raisins and coconut?
