Thanks Sheila! I guess for someone just starting out, it might not be a bad

idea to eliminate the honey, even though there's less good guys. I mean,

you're suppose to start slow anyway, right? :-)

That makes sense about the cheeses. Thanks so much for the help!

Elaine suggested cutting down substantially on honey at the start if

you have yeast concerns. You probably don't have to cut it out

completely if you want a little sweetness in the yogurt.
