hi

i made goat yogurt tonight but as we only use small amounts, i made

just 1 cup full, with the right amount of starter or so i thought, but

its finished as quite a watery yogurt, is this still okay to use? or

is it too milky ie that meaning there is still sugar present that

hasnt been eaten by the bacteria????

thanks

Goat milk yogurt does turn out very watery. If you wish, you can drip it to

obtain a thicker consistency. Instructions are on the pecanbread.com website.
