Guest guest
, Dealing with Social Security is no easy thing. Make sure you that they get all of your medical records and if you can have a letter or something from some of your coworkers on how badly you have been doing it will help. I've been out of work since January, but I have been living off of state disability so far. They had a psychologist interview me, probably to see if I was depressed and because I listed the fact that I can't concentrate on anything for any length of time adn that I had really bad fatigue. I also listed that side effects from the pain medications were causing problems with work do to fatigue, memory loss issues and accuricy (a must in my profession) problems. I thought I had done too well at the pscyh evel, but evidently not, because the pscyh they had me see said I had marked problems with attention and concentration. I think that really helped in my case. As for my other illnesses, oh boy. I have CP, diabetes, bursitis in both hips, a genetic blood clotting disorder that caused a heartattack and bypass surgery (I was 29 at the time) - I had a huge blood clot in the main coronary artery, neuropathy, retinopathy, anemia, high cholesteriol, high triglycerides. I think that's the list. Kinda large. Anyways, if you have any more questions, please feel free to ask me and I'll do my best to answer. Kimber -- Kimber Vallejo, CA hominid2@...
