Have you seen the Foundations site yet? If not is at polychondris.org We are always in need of volunteers. (fundraising, newsletters, pubic relations) Just let us know where you would like to help and what your talents are. We won't ever refuse anyone. LOL Roy's wife has RP. Roy has been our back bone. Always leading us in the right direction. Since we are a new Foundation, we needed a lot of leading. LOL We were able to donate to Dr. Buckners research the first year. That is amazing in itself. We always need donations. That is how we will find a cause and cure for thei darn RP. We only ask for a $15 contribution yearly. We have a newsletter that goes out to the Foundation site members and updates about RP are listed at the site too. Please look at the site and be sure to let me know if you still want to help. Thanks for the offer. We need all the help we can. No one is paid it is all voluntary. Donations are also tax deductable. Spread the word to family and friends. This is how we grow. Also you may make donation " in Honor of " or " In Memory of " . For example, anyone wishing to make a donation " in Honor of Roy on " or " In memory of his dad " may. Or to anyone that you have lost. Friends and Relatives may make a contribution in Honor of you for a birthday present or just for no reason at all. We are in the process of getting our RP Brochures out. This will be a big help. We can distribute them to Drs. offices, hospitals or wherever else you feel there is a need. We want to make the public and medical professions more aware. If you have any more questions or anyone else, please feel free to contact me here or privately. lots of thank you hugs
