Guest guest
About a month ago I posted about my son's super hyper behavior. After sharing what his diet included, I got lots of advice from you all. Some recommendations were that I do the intro again and add foods in very slowly. And, that he needed more protein and veggies in his diet. Also, got word to avoid the homemade popsicles, and the beet chips weren't my best choice for one of his veggies. So...I did all this...and took out all baked goods and nut products. His diet currently is: squash broccoli tomato red pepper asparagus carrots cauliflower apple pear banana peaches chicken pork egg water He has twice in the last month gotten ahold of raw baby carrots and eaten one each time, but apart from that everything is cooked, deseeded, etc. He gets lots more protein and veg. than previously and at first was doing great. More focused and poops were finally consistently solid. However, for about the last 1.5 weeks the poops are off again. Sometimes very runny and other times long, skinny, and odd looking. What is this? Is it something he is eating? Or, is it more die-off? His behavior is a bit off too, more OCD behaviors. Any thoughts? molly
