Here is my fave way to eat an artichoke. Boil gently in water with a lid for

about an hour or more, with celery salt generously sprinkled on top. Serve

with lemon butter (knob of butter or marg with lemon juice, melted in micro).

Dip leaves in sauce--yum! Then put heart and stem in sauce and--yum, yum!
