Guest guest
OK--I think I'm going to go NUTS pretty soon!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! First, on the day he was released, the home care place delivered his feeding and IV pumps to the hospital (which was nice of them, since it was the 4th of July!), as he had to be hooked up to a pump for feeding before we could leave. WELLLLLLL, since I had been trained already on the feeding pump, the nurse who came trained me on the IV pump, but we didn't touch the feeding one. After she left, and we had put the supplies in my van out of her car, I went back in to hook him up, and the d--- pump didn't work!! It kept giving me an error-- F-8--which we could not figure out. We ended up having to wait an extra 3 hours waiting for them to deliver a new pump! Then, they didn't have another Clear Star on hand, so we got the older version, the Companion, which worked just fine. Finally headed out for home. THEN, they delivered a new Clear Star about a week ago, and it's driving me CRAZY!!!! It keeps giving me an " Empty " alarm. It's NOT empty!! I called, and now they are sending me another new one! UGH!! What next?? LOL Love
