Yoghurt - alternative milk successes/failures?

Almond milk turned out okay for us but my son wouldn't have anything

to do with it. He doesn't seem to want to ingest very much with nuts

and I don't want to force him as it might be his body telling him not to.

Has anyone tried any other alternatives?

How about coconut milk? Or some others that I've not yet thought of.

Does anyone make their yoghurt with some stewed fruit added BEFORE

putting it in the yoghurt maker?

Are there any favourite tips and tricks?
