Would goat milk be ok, when I am casen free ' is it almost casein free? My son is positive on the IgG test to eggs, almond, Brazil nut, Cashew, coconut, Pecan, Sesame, Walnut. The test did not do Filbert, but it is a nut should I avoid it too? Is there an alternative flour if I do not use nuts? Can I be GFCF, egg, nut, dairy free, SCD legal with these allergies? Is the BEdiet any similar with SCD many people with bowel issues are using it, or the low oxalate ' any ideas are well come.
