Guest guest
Abby's bronch has been rescheduled but no firm date yet. Trying not to be aggravated about it. However as mentioned in prev. post she's doing fine. We could have had another doc perform it but wanted the same doc that did the first one to do it. He's a specialist in this field. He'll pull samples from every possible airway and hopefully get sound information. We understand the risks involved but want to kill this stuff if possible and hopefully keep it out awhile longer. The CF doc I posted about last week said he doubted the Pa was newly acquired even though the sensitivies were different (they can change them when exposed to antibiotics). He feels like they just haven't hit the nail on the head. This is non-mucoid Pa so it seems to us that after 3 rounds of Tobi, Cipro, Augmentin and the IV tobra and timentin she had when she was diagnosed she should be rid of it. Guess we have a lot yet to learn. Joe
