Guest guest
Hi every body again. I'm really happy to receive some mails giving me support. (my son) had a seizure yesterday and as a consequence he slept until 2 am. He had stomach age and too much gas. The main changes on his diet since we began are no more rice, beans, and potatoes. Normally he just eat pear and papaya, but I stop the papaya. The only food that I include on his list is a little amount of honey. I have been giving him raw carrots and red beet extract dissolve with water and little honey. I don't know if I'm doing the correct. I'm worry because his diet is like a " cetonic diet " and it is an easy way to loose weight. Do I should continue giving him honey, raw carrots and red beet? Guest guest
, It is best to start with the intro diet. Chicken soup, gelatin made with grape juice, eggs (if tolerated). Then slowly add new foods such as applesauce, pearsauce, cooked squash, green beans, ripe bananas, avocados. Foods like raw carrots and beets are fairly difficult to digest and would not be recommended at the beginning of the diet.
