Guest guest
Okay, I've printed out the recipe for avocado muffins from scdrecipes.com. My kids don't like avocado, so I'm looking to be sneaky. I want to up their caloric intake. They eat and eat and eat. They don't have trouble tolerating anything so far, although we have not ventured to cheese. It's frustrating that a kid with malabsorption problems would get on this diet, then eat and eat and eat and lose weight. And we're still doing cooked, peeled fruits. So any suggestions (with references of where to find a recipe)? And when people refer to sneaky pancakes or sneaky muffins, which recipe found where are they referring to? Thanks a million, Angie family of four SCD 17 days in support of nine year old with extreme ADHD and malabsorption issues
