Ok little up date on Angie : well she was home for a couple of days ,but had to go back in the Hospital yesterday. For some reason her Blood pressure went up and the don't know why yet. Other wise she is coming along nicely. Wishing her and everyone else that has a hard time the very best hang in there things will turn around.

Glenda hope things are better for you today. is so nice to talk to you, even true we talk at 2 or 3 am LOL .

Yup we have a night owl club going again. LOL If we cant sleep we bug each other. LOL the other night I saw we had 2 other members on line to. wow Barbara and Starangel. If you see us on line just buzz us we talk to you too. LOL You are willkommen to join our hen party. LOL Ok I shut up for now. But not before I ask one more thing from each of you OK

PLEASE take your Medicine and Vitamins ON TIME everyday so you can get that darn RP back in it's sleeping mood. If you don't I just might have to bring our RP pain reliever to your house. LOL

Dear Heidi, Awhile ago I went to furt with my husband. He was teaching a class and I was able to go with him for free. I found that the best way for me to be sure I didn't flare was to take a sleeping pill when the lights for the plane (inside) were turned down for people to sleep. I also made sure I took it easy the first day there. I went to bed early that night and took naps for the next couple of days after that. I didn't flare on that trip when I had flared on the others. I also took extra vitamin C and E and drank lots of water on the flight. I brought my own bottle of water with me so I could drink it whenever I wanted to. I think getting enough rest was really important. I don't know if this will keep a flare away for Don but it sure helped me. I found that if I listened to my body and rested whenever I was tired that I did much better than when I pushed it and just kept going and going! Glad to here Don's doing well! Have a great trip! Howdy Folks !!!!

Well yes it is me once again. Thought I better post to let you know I am still here. LOL First

of I want to say a belated Birthday to everyone I missed this week. Hope you had a great one.

Now to Mr. Ornery here. yup, he is doing very well. He went to the eye Dr. today and got a clean bill of health for his eyes. Dr. told him

if he has no problems with his eyes to come back in two years. The ENT also said to come back in a year unless he has a problem then he is to come back right away. And yes he will see him any time he has a problem. Not like his old ENT. Now the next DRS. appointment are the 3 of June for the rheumy and 6 of June for his yearly physical with his primary. Boy I am so happy about all this. You know RP is just to dam hard on me cant handle it very well so told Mr. Ornery to cool it. LOL The only thing what still worries me is the trip to Germany. But hey I be taking a suit case full of Medicine with us. LOL yup, we are going to meet up with Gabi and Werner too.Cant wait to meet them. So since Don is doing so well

I am working on to get her as well as Don is. Bless her heart she is having a rough time getting good Drs line up. She was going to go to the Mayo clinic but the changed there

ways of doing things so that is out. She may go and see Dr. Buckner. Well that's it for today.

Remember please take your medicine and Vitamins like you should so you also can get that darn RP back in it sleeping mood. Love you all
