Thanks for the help. > Meleah I wanted a sort of peach tart with a hurry up crust and what I got was a moist, sweet Peach Cobbler. Preheat oven to 375º F. Use a 4 " onion soup dish for this. Crust 1/4 cup almond flour (or pecan flour) 1 tablespoon dripped yoghurt 2 teaspoons honey Filling 1/2 large peach peeled and sliced 1 pat butter 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon drizzle of honey. Combine crust ingredients in dish, mix well and press flat. Cover with sliced peach. Add dots ofbutter and deizzle on honey. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
