Help with QualChoice!!!

Hi, I'm Kathy and just getting started with the process. I have

QualChoice insurance with son County in North Carolina. They

told me they would not pay for the surgery, unless for medical

reasons....duh!!!....so I've seen my primary care physician who was

ALL for the surgery and would happily follow me through it. Welp...

it turns out that Dr. R is not in the " network " so he could not give

me a referral. I checked with the network and it seems no one in the

network does this surgery...so why should I be penalized????? Is

there anyone out there that has had experience with QualChoice? I'd

sure appreciate any help you could give. I live in ville,
